I'm getting ready to purchase a 91 TT here in a couple of days, and the tint the guy has on it is that cheesy purple tint. It's not like Wal-Mart purple, but it's definately not black. So I was going to replace it with some nice tint. I've got 35% on my Explorer now, and that's just not cutting it. It's not dark enough, so I thought I'd get like 15% on the driver and passenger windows, and on the quarters also, and like 15% or 5% on the rear window. Does anyone have problems seeing out of the back at night w/ really heavy tint? Also, for those of you with heavy tint, how often do you get pulled over, and do the cops really care that much. One more thing. I know tinting the windsheild is illegal, but I was thinking of getting it at like 35%. A couple of ppl I know have it and haven't gotten pulled over yet. Any comments??? BTW, I live in B'ham, Al.
